CONSULTATIONS
New builds and extensions dont have to be difficult. Our process minimises confusion and we explain everything up front. Which means you'll know what to expect at every step.
CONCEPT DESIGN
Black Chalk will sketch up the design and layout of your new home or extension, and book you in for a selections meeting with our Interior Designer. Then we can outline the costs of the project.
CONTRACT & BUILD
We make it our priority to be completely transparent while we are building your project. Everything will always meet Australian Standards and has to meet our own quality control before we hand over to you.
MOVE IN AND ENJOY
Now sit back and relax and enjoy your new space. A full maintenance service is provided for a period after handover, and all of our suppliers are at hand to discuss aftercare if needed.
