Yes, every Black Chalk Homes project is covered by a HIA Home Owners Warranty certificate.

Can I use my own plans?
Black Chalk Homes have our trusted architects that we regularly use to design our custom homes. However, If you have already completed the design and have had your plans drawn up, we're more than happy to build your design.

How long with the build take?
Every custom build project has their own uniqueness which can influence the timeframe of the build. On average a new build could take between 6-12 months. Longer for larger scale projects.

BRENDAN CHITTY
Director + Builder
Brendan, our director, is the Registered Builder, and also a carpenter by trade. He oversees everything onsite and ensures the trades are working efficiently and at the highest quality, and of course meeting all Australian Standards.
TARA SMITH
Interior Design + Operations Manager
Tara is our qualified Interior Designer. She will step you through the design process for your project.
She also carries out all of the Company's administrative duties, which include quotes and contracts.
